Racket sports
VOLUME 2 / 10
Racket sports
If there's a racket, a net and a rally, I'm in.
I'll play anything with a racket and a net: tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickleball. Each one has its own rhythm, but they all reward the same things: quick feet, good anticipation and the patience to keep a rally going. Most of all, they're an easy way to turn an afternoon with friends into a friendly rivalry.

Chapter 1
Why I play
Racket sports are the perfect mix of exercise and strategy. A good rally is part reflexes, part chess: setting up a shot two or three hits ahead. They're also easy to pick up anywhere. A free court, two rackets and someone willing to play is all it takes.
