Always down for a pickup game.
Soccer is the sport I'll always say yes to. Pickup games are my favourite way to play: no refs, mixed skill levels, and everyone chasing the same ball until it gets too dark to see it. Off the field, I'm usually catching the big matches with friends.

Chapter 1
Why I play
It's the most social way I know to get a workout in. Ninety minutes of running doesn't feel like cardio when you're trying to win the ball back. I love the teamwork too: the best goals come from a few good passes, not one person doing everything.
