Gym
VOLUME 5 / 10
Gym
Lifting, progressive overload and showing up even when I don't feel like it.
The gym is where I build consistency. I follow a lifting split and try to add a little weight or one more rep each week. Progress is slow, but it's measurable and it compounds. Some days it's about chasing a number; other days it's just about showing up.

Chapter 1
Why I lift
Lifting is the most honest feedback loop I know: put in the work and the numbers go up; skip it and they don't. It's also my favourite way to deal with stress after a long day of classes or code. An hour with headphones in and a plan on the whiteboard resets everything.
